Standard Fleet was Tesla's first third-party app. Connect your Teslas in minutes over Tesla's official Fleet API. Then issue digital keys that expire on their own, collect Supercharging back automatically, and see every vehicle live without installing a single dongle.

Managing Teslas commercially means living in workarounds. You're sharing an owner login your whole team knows the password to. You're chasing a renter for $600 of Supercharging three weeks after they returned the car. You're driving to a lot to hand someone a key card, or texting a driver to please, please remove their phone key.
Every one of those is a manual step that doesn't scale, and every one of them is money.
When a rental ends, a driver quits, or a lease goes delinquent, you have a clean way to cut access from a desk.
Supercharging bills to whoever holds payment responsibility. If assignment slips even once, that's your card.
Location, state of charge, odometer, tire pressure and diagnostics all exist inside every Tesla you own. None of it flows into your systems, your reports, or your reservation software.
Standard Fleet connects directly to Tesla's Fleet API and Fleet Telemetry, the official channels, with a signed virtual key on each vehicle. That means no OBD dongle, no CAN install, and no vehicle taken out of service to get connected.
From one dashboard you issue and revoke access, watch every car live, send commands, and route charging and rental charges to the right payment method automatically. Your Teslas onboard in clicks, not weeks.
Standard Fleet works with every current Tesla model. You can connect your vehicles without installing any hardware. Then you can manage digital keys, remote commands and Charge Key billing from one platform.
Tesla Model 3, Model Y and Cybertruck Every Tesla Model 3 (2017 and newer), Model Y (2020 and newer) and Cybertruck (2023 and newer) is fully supported. That includes hardware-free telematics, digital keys, remote commands and Charge Key billing. Tesla Model S and Model X (2021 and newer) Model S and Model X vehicles from 2021 onward have full support for hardware-free telematics, digital keys, remote commands and Charge Key billing.
Older Tesla Model S and Model X (2012 to 2020) Older Model S and Model X vehicles support remote commands and Charge Key billing. Hardware-free telematics works on vehicles with the MCU2 computer running firmware 2025.20 or later. Digital key support is limited on these models.
If you drive a Model 3, Model Y or Cybertruck, yes, it's fully compatible. If you drive a Model S or Model X from 2021 or later, it's fully compatible too. For Model S and Model X vehicles from 2012 to 2020, check that the vehicle has MCU2 and firmware 2025.20 or later to get hardware-free telematics.
Charge Key is a digital key with billing attached. It ties vehicle access to the driver's payment method, so a Tesla's Supercharging sessions, rental fees, extensions, tolls and mileage charges land on the right card without anyone reconciling a spreadsheet.
If a balance goes unpaid past your threshold, Charge Key can suspend access until it's settled, with the notice trail you need for collections.
Supercharging, Rental fees, Extensions, Tolls (40+ states, plate-based), Mileage, Late fees, Cleaning, and other Custom fees

Send a driver a link. They tap it, and their phone becomes the key — no account setup, no key card, no counter. When the reservation ends, access ends. You don't have to ask for anything back.

Your Teslas are already the best telematics hardware you'll ever own. Standard Fleet reads them directly (over 1,000 data points per vehicle) streamed from Tesla's Fleet Telemetry rather than polled from a plug-in device.
And because there's nothing plugged in, there's nothing for a driver to unplug.
Anything you'd walk to the car to do, do from the dashboard instead.
Instant alerts for collisions, low battery, low tire pressure, payment failures and rental extensions, pushed to SMS, mobile, or straight into your Slack.
Already have a reservation system? Standard Fleet's API creates keys, cancels them, pulls vehicle state and sends commands, so your booking flow drives the car directly. Our Bluetooth SDK puts Tesla access inside your own iOS or Android app.
And if your fleet isn't only Teslas, the same platform covers 30+ automakers, so adding a Ford, a Mercedes or a Rivian later doesn't mean adding a second vendor.
Send us your VIN list. We'll tell you exactly which vehicles are ready today, and show you the dashboard with your own fleet on it.
How fast can I connect my Teslas?
Most fleets connect in minutes. You authorize Standard Fleet through Tesla's official Fleet API, approve the virtual key on each vehicle, and your Teslas appear in the dashboard. No technician visits, no install appointments, and no vehicle leaves service. Send us your VIN list and we'll tell you which vehicles are ready today.
Do I need to install any hardware?
No. Standard Fleet reads data directly from Tesla's Fleet API and Fleet Telemetry, the automaker's official channels. There's no OBD dongle, no CAN wiring, and nothing for a driver to unplug. DriveWhip estimates it saves $750,000+ a year in hardware and technician costs by going hardware-free.
What vehicle commands can I send from the dashboard?
You can lock and unlock doors, open the trunk and frunk, precondition the cabin, set charge limits and time-of-use schedules, toggle Valet Mode, and enable PIN to Drive to immobilize a delinquent or recovered vehicle. Send commands to 1 vehicle or your whole fleet at once.
Which Tesla models does Standard Fleet support?
Standard Fleet supports Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X, and Cybertruck. Some features on pre-2021 Model S and Model X depend on the vehicle's computer and firmware version. See the table above, or send us your VIN list for a vehicle-by-vehicle answer.
How do Tesla Digital Keys work?
Send a driver a link. They tap it, and their phone becomes the key. When the reservation ends, access ends automatically, so there's nothing to collect. You can also revoke access instantly from the dashboard or mobile app. Learn more about Digital Keys.
Can Standard Fleet collect Supercharging and rental payments automatically?
Yes. Charge Key ties vehicle access to the driver's payment method, so Supercharging, rental fees, extensions, tolls, and mileage bill to the right card automatically. If a balance goes unpaid past your threshold, access can pause until it's settled. Vehicle Solutions Group (formerly Resla) went from 75% to nearly 100% payment collection. Learn more about Payments.
