Eliminating physical keys and reducing guest friction at pickup

The Challenge

Before Standard Fleet, managing vehicle access was a manual, error-prone process that grew more difficult as Eon's customers' fleets expanded. Hosts spent time on individual PIN setup for every rental, and guests occasionally showed up confused or locked out, creating friction and extra support work right at handoff.

The Standard Fleet Solution

Standard Fleet's Bluetooth digital key infrastructure replaced the entire physical key and PIN-to-drive system. Guests can now unlock and start their vehicle directly in the Eon app, with no code to remember and no key to lose. Bluetooth access works without a cell signal, eliminating a major guest concern: being stranded in a low-coverage area with no way to access their car.
