Managing Supercharge Expense Reports for Multiple Teslas

As the owner or operator of multiple Tesla vehicles, managing Supercharge expenses for rental reimbursements or work trip expense reports can become a time-consuming task. To make matters worse, as your Tesla fleet grows, so does all that manual work to find, filter, and eventually export the information you need from Tesla’s site. That's why we're excited to offer a new feature on the Standard Fleet Dashboard that makes it easier than ever to track and export supercharger costs by date and time.

Viewing your Supercharge Costs:

The Supercharging expense report feature lives within the details page of each vehicle. It's perfect for streamlining a Turo rental reimbursement process or quickly creating expense reports for business trips. It also accounts for idle-fees in addition to charging costs, and offers more detailed filtering with customizable time windows rather than a default date picker. Additionally it’s great for viewing Supercharges across a fleet of vehicles, even if the cars are managed under different owner accounts.

Here's how it works:

  1. Log in or sign up for your Standard Fleet Dashboard.

  2. You'll see a list and map of all the vehicles in your fleet. Click on a car to open the vehicle detail view.

  3. Select "Export Supercharge Costs"

Customizing your Supercharge Costs table

Once inside the view, you also have options to customize your report, including selecting the date and time that you'd like to review, as well as choosing the vehicles to be included. In addition, a powerful range of features are available at the top of the table, which allow you to filter and customize the report, as well as export it as a PDF or CSV file.

Column selection allows you to customize your table by adding or removing specific columns of data (such as VIN numbers, Supercharger site locations, etc). Filters allow for even more granular control over your table with different operators, values, and columns.

With the new Supercharge view, you have access to the information you need to properly manage and review Supercharging of your fleet. We hope you enjoy the enhanced control and reporting capabilities this view provides! Whether you're a Turo host looking to optimize your reimbursements or a business owner in need of an expense reporting system, this feature will be essential to your workflow.

The ability to view Supercharger expenses from a vehicle is currently limited to only the vehicle owner's account. To access Supercharge data from a vehicle with a different owner account, Standard Fleet allows you to link those owner accounts to Standard Fleet.
