Do I need to install hardware for EV fleet optimization?
No. Supported Rivians connect through the factory system. Nothing is mounted, wired, or plugged in.
Can EV fleet software lock and unlock Rivians remotely?
Yes. Lock and unlock commands work from the dashboard, and through the API if you want them inside your own reservation or dispatch system.
Can drivers get expiring phone keys like on Tesla?
Not yet for Rivian. Today you control lock and unlock centrally from the dashboard, and key-style access depends on each manufacturer's access program.
